Multiple anchor, pad and retail opportunities available at the
$800 million Lafayette Crossing project on Interstate 30. This
project will include 266 acres of commercial and residential
construction. Lafayette Crossing is proposed to include 186
single-family homes, almost 1,300 apartments and almost
900,000 square feet of commercial construction. A 120-room
hotel is planned along with more than 450,000 square feet of
retail and restaurant space.
